At Oxen Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in resalable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
